About the Company:

They're currently seeking a skilled Reservations Manager to elevate their guest experience and booking operations.



🧩 Role Overview:

As the Reservations Manager, you will lead the reservation team, manage bookings with precision, enhance guest satisfaction, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure top-tier service. Your focus will include maximizing occupancy, increasing revenue, and promoting in-suite offerings like golf, dining, and spa packages.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Reservation Management:

  • Oversee daily booking operations—cancellations, confirmations, modifications.

  • Monitor room availability and adjust strategies to optimize revenue.

  • Minimize booking errors and reduce cancellations.

Team Leadership:

  • Train and supervise the reservations team.

  • Develop SOPs to guide consistent and professional service delivery.

  • Inspire a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

Guest Experience:

  • Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Handle escalated reservation concerns with care.

  • Cross-sell packages and additional services to enhance guest stays.

Systems & Reports:

  • Manage the reservation platform (e.g., Opera, Amadeus).

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on occupancy, revenue, and booking trends.

  • Maintain accuracy in internal systems and group booking sheets.

Revenue & Strategy:

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing on dynamic pricing and promotions.

  • Stay ahead of competitors by monitoring market trends and adjusting rates.

  • Ensure discount and corporate agreement compliance.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams for seamless guest experiences.

  • Support seasonal campaigns and estate events during booking conversations.


🧾 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reservations or front office supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.

  • Proficient in hotel reservation software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus, etc.).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of revenue optimization and customer service best practices.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and service excellence.
