About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Digital Marketer to manage a crime-focused YouTube channel. This part-time, remote contract position is ideal for someone with a strong passion for crime content, deep familiarity with YouTube, and the ability to lead a distributed creative team.
As the Channel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of channel operations, including:

Key Responsibilities
🎯 Develop and execute content strategies to grow the YouTube channel
🎯 Oversee video production, editing, and quality control
🎯 Manage and coordinate a team of global freelance creatives
🎯 Optimize videos for YouTube SEO and audience engagement
🎯 Track and analyze channel performance, adjusting strategies as needed
🎯 Ensure brand consistency across all assets and social media platforms

Requirements
✅ Proven experience managing YouTube channels or digital content platforms
✅ Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and video optimization
✅ Hands-on experience with video production and post-production workflows
✅ Ability to lead and coordinate global freelance teams
✅ Experience with video editing and social media marketing
✅ Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
✅ Proficiency in Photoshop is a plus
