Position Summary:
We’re on the lookout for a driven and highly experienced Deputy Managing Director (DMD) to lead and optimize day-to-day operations. In this senior leadership role, you’ll oversee project execution, streamline internal processes, and contribute to strategic growth, reporting directly to the Managing Director. 🔧 Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure seamless alignment across departments.

  • Oversee large-scale construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and standards are met.

  • Develop and execute business strategies to improve organizational efficiency and drive sustainable growth.

  • Lead and mentor departmental heads, project teams, and senior personnel.

  • Support the MD in planning long-term strategies and mitigating potential risks.

  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.

  • Foster strong partnerships with clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.

  • Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations and new business initiatives.

  • Stay updated on construction trends and opportunities for innovation and expansion.

📚 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.

  • An MBA or advanced degree is an added advantage.

  • 7–15 years of hands-on experience in construction, real estate, property management, or project oversight, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
