Job Description:

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will:

  • Lead and mentor agile teams of software engineers, team leads, and product managers.

  • Develop strategic initiatives and timelines for evaluating, developing, and deploying web-based services.

  • Engage in code reviews, drive architecture, and participate in technical design and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 4+ years in software engineering leadership.

  • 4+ years with agile/scrum methodologies.

  • 2–4 years people management experience.

  • SaaS experience required.

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, web/mobile development.

  • Strong technical background, organizational planning, communication skills.

  • Familiarity with security in SaaS platforms.

  • Bonus: Scrum Master certification.
