Job Description

Dragos is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Brand & Digital Experience team. This creative leader will work closely with writers, strategists, marketers, and vendors to shape and evolve the company’s visual identity through bold, original design systems.

This role is perfect for a strategic thinker and creative executor who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment. From digital assets and campaign materials to swag and event experiences, you’ll bring the Dragos brand to life across mediums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evolve and maintain the Dragos brand visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints

  • Design assets for websites, campaigns, events, swag, and internal experiences

  • Lead creative ideation and conceptual development of high-impact visuals

  • Collaborate with internal creatives and external vendors, including printers and photographers

  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator), Figma, and other design tools

  • Manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, and project tickets efficiently

  • Provide and receive constructive feedback to uphold top-tier creative standards

  • Be a core contributor to a collaborative, performance-driven design team

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative role

  • Proven experience building and scaling design systems

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma

  • Highly organized with the ability to independently manage multiple projects

  • A standout portfolio showcasing high-quality, original design work across various platforms

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $130,000 – $135,000 / year
