  • PalmPay is seeking a Social Media Marketing Operations Specialist to manage and optimize the social media presence of PalmPay Wealth. This role will focus on driving engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition through strategic content and influencer collaborations.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ✔️ Manage and grow PalmPay Wealth’s official social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
    ✔️ Increase follower base and engagement while maintaining strong fan relationships.
    ✔️ Create and publish high-quality promotional content for PalmPay Wealth.
    ✔️ Collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers) to enhance brand influence.
    ✔️ Partner with financial institutions for co-marketing initiatives and resource integration.

    Qualifications

    ✅ 5+ years of experience in social media marketing.
    ✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher.
    ✅ Strong communication and business negotiation skills for working with influencers, media, and financial institutions.
    ✅ Deep understanding of the Internet and digital trends (media and influencer connections are a plus).
    ✅ Goal-driven, highly responsible, and self-motivated.
    ✅ Financial background or strong interest in wealth management is a plus.
